Pastasel Plain Sponge
Cake Mix – 1000 g
Eggs – 750 g
Water – 100 g
TOTAL – 1850 g
Add 750 g of eggs and 100 g of water to 1 kg of Pastasel Plain Sponge Cake Mix. The mixture is beaten with a whisk attachment in a mixer for 1 minute on low speed, then 4-6 minutes on high speed. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
