Instructions for Use

    • For Pastry and Éclair Cream:

    Boil 1000 liters of whole milk with 170 grams of Pastasel Boiling Cream Sugar-Free powder mix and 230 grams of sugar. Pour the boiled cream into a tray and let it rest in a refrigerator at +4 °C for 4-6 hours. Optionally, 50 grams of butter can be added.

    • For Magnolia:

    Boil 1000 liters of whole milk with 120 grams of Pastasel Boiling Cream Sugar-Free powder mix and 200 grams of sugar. Pour the boiled cream into a tray and let it rest in a refrigerator at +4 °C for 4-6 hours. Liquid whipped cream can be added if desired.
