Instructions for Use
- Pastasel Velvet Purple Powder Mix – 1000 g
Eggs – 400 g
Liquid Oil – 200 g
Water – 300 g
TOTAL – 1900 g
Add 400 g eggs, 200 g liquid oil, and 300 g water to 1 kg Pastasel Velvet Purple powder mix. Mix the mixture in a mixer for 1 minute on low speed, then 3-4 minutes on medium speed with a flat beater. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 160-165°C for 45-50 minutes.
