To meet the needs and expectations of our customers, employees, community, and shareholders, and to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • To produce products that meet food safety, defense, and fraud requirements, as well as customer and legal regulations, using healthy and high-quality inputs and manufactured under hygienic and safe conditions, and to deliver them with quality services;
  • To take the necessary measures against food defense and food fraud;
  • To request and communicate the necessary information for the prevention/management of risks related to quality and food safety, defense, and fraud throughout the food chain;
  • To ensure more effective participation in company goals and objectives by increasing employee participation, knowledge, skills, and competencies, and mutual communication;
  • Continuously improve and ensure the continuity of our products, processes, infrastructure, employees, working environment, efficiency, management system, and effectiveness;
  • We are committed to continuously developing our quality and food safety culture.
