Instructions for Use
- Pastasel Marble Cake Mix – 1000 g
Eggs – 250 g
Vegetable Oil – 300 g
Water – 250 g
TOTAL – 1800 g
Add 250 g eggs, 300 g liquid oil, and 250 g water to 1 kg Pastasel Marble Cake Mix (Plain) powder mixture. Mix with a flat beater on medium speed for 4-6 minutes. For the marble chocolate filling, add 20 g of cocoa to 400 g of the dough mixture. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.
