Instructions for Use
- Pastasel Cookie Mix Vanilla Powder Mix – 1000 g
- Butter or Margarine – 220 g
- Water – 100 g
- Chocolate Chunks – 200 g
Add 220 g butter or margarine and 100 g water to 1 kg Pastasel Cookie Mix Vanilla powder mix. Mix with a flat beater on low speed for 2 minutes, then on high speed for 3 minutes. Then add 200 g of chocolate chips to the dough to complete the mixture. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 160°C for 13-15 minutes.
